The Idaho Falls Police Department says a 33-year-old man who law enforcement in Fremont County has been searching for has been spotted in Idaho Falls. He is believed to have been involved in an attempted carjacking and theft of a firearm Friday afternoon.

IFPD spokeswoman Jessica Clements said that Kevin Nicholas Kuintzle was last seen at the Walmart on South Utah Avenue.

Kuintzle is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached, a news release from the police department said.

He was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, khaki pants and possibly a black coat. He has a shaved head and a red beard, police said. He is 5’11”, 180 pounds and has blue eyes.

We have reason to believe he is driving a silver and green single cab 1995 Dodge pickup with missing paint,” according to the Jerome County Sheriff’s Office.

Kevin Nicholas Kuintzle age 33 is 5′11″ and 180 pounds and is bald with blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a Carhart jacket and blue jeans.
